Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Timeline

• Pan-India Delivery: 2-7 business days depending on location via courier partners like Delhivery/Blue Dart/DTDC/DHL/UPS.
• Remote areas may take 8-10 days.
• We’ll share tracking details on SMS/Email/WhatsApp once shipped.

Shipping Charges

• Flat shipping fee of ₹[XX] for orders below ₹[XXX]. Free shipping on orders above ₹[XXX].
• COD Charges: COD depends on pin code and may not be offered for all locations.

Delivery Attempts

• Courier will attempt delivery 2 times. If undelivered, order returns to us.
• For perishable products, we cannot re-ship if you miss delivery. Refund will be issued minus shipping.

Risk of Loss

Risk passes to you once the courier picks up the order from our Surat facility.
