Refund policy
No Returns on Opened Items
Due to FSSAI food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or consumed FLVR bottles. We do not resell returned consumables.
Damaged / Leaked / Wrong Items
If you receive damaged, leaked, expired, or incorrect products:
- Contact us at Info@flvrwater.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Share unboxing photo/video + order ID
- We’ll verify and offer replacement or full refund including shipping. We may ask you to discard the damaged item for safety.
Cancelled Orders
- Cancel free of charge before dispatch by emailing Info@flvrwater.com with your order ID.
- Once shipped, order cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery, but shipping charges will be deducted from refund.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days.
- Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment source in 5-7 business days.
- COD orders: Refund via bank transfer/UPI. Please share details when we confirm refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after delivery
- Delay by courier beyond our control
- Products consumed/partially used
- No photo proof for damage claims after 48 hours
